Patricia Crogan

Patricia has over 30 years’ governance, executive and leadership experience, working with commercial and for-purpose organisations in Aotearoa New Zealand and the UK.  An experienced Director, innovator, founder and advisor, she is known for a strategic and future-focused approach—supporting boards and senior leaders to navigate complexity, strengthen decision-making, and implement strategic change. 

Patricia holds a Master of Health and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, with formal director and strategic leadership training.  A champion of innovation, Patricia has founded organisations that disrupted mainstream services and has guided organisations through start-up, growth and transformation.
